KevTerm jest oprogramowaniem zbudowanym jako potężny, a zarazem prosty klient Telnet. Program emuluje terminale VT100/ANSI. Podstawowe funkcje zawierają transfer danych kopiuj-wklej, lokalne echo, wybór czcionki, logowanie, makra, bufor przewijania wstecz oraz zmienny rozmiar terminalu.
