ATnotes jest programem, który tworzy na pulpicie Windows notatki zbliżone wyglądem do Post-it.

Interfejs użytkownika pozwala określić czcionkę, kolor, rozmiar i wiele innych atrybutów ich wyglądu. Każda wiadomość może mieć przypisany pojedynczy, lub powtarzalny alarm, może także być ukryta i aktywować się o określonym czasie.
Wiadomości mogą być minimalizowane do pojedynczej linii tekstu.
